When he was younger toxic waste was being dumped, the first sign being dead frogs turning up in the water. David has to decide which is more important - people or his career. At the same time his wife is pregnant with their first child, Jeremy. Mr. Smith shows him how much of a miracle Jeremy is and that just because he has down syndome doesn't mean he isn't special, and the perfect son.
